Viaduct Harbour and Hobson West Marinas
Located on an isthmus between two harbours, Auckland is embraced by the sea. The city’s central business district dips its toes into the Waitemata harbour with a series of wharves, bays and basins including the boutique Hobson West Marina and Viaduct Harbour Marine Village (VHMV) with slips for yachts up to 60m (196ft). It is also in a prime position for boat owners and captains, being situated at the hub of the largest marine maintenance and refit cluster in New Zealand and in the heart of Aucklands business district, restaurants, nightlife and shopping.
About Us
The VHMV and Hobson West are part of the family of four Auckland City owned and operated marinas and hardstands run by Auckland City Council through Westhaven Marina. VHMV collaborates with the major events team to provide facilities for marine events such as The Louis Vuitton Trophy, the Auckland International Boat Show and the Volvo Ocean Race.
